Earn and download your live CE certificate
Ensure you are logged into your account and have registered for the webinar before attending.
Join the webinar up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email.
Watch the webinar for a minimum of 50 minutes to qualify for RACE credit.
If applicable, complete and pass the associated quiz or assessment to qualify for the CE certificate.
After the webinar ends, click the yellow certificate button at the bottom of the ON24 screen to download your certificate.
Note: If you need to download your certificate at a later date, follow the link in your registration confirmation email, open the ON24 CE tab, and locate the yellow certificate button. If prompted with the registration form, select Already Registered? and enter your email address. If your certificate is missing, ensure you met the minimum watch-time requirement, completed any required quiz, and registered for the webinar with your account. If all criteria are met and the certificate is still unavailable, contact support for assistance. |
What if I missed the live webinar?
Live webinars are made available for on-demand viewing after the event. On-demand webinars must gain separate RACE approval, which can take at least 2 weeks after a live webinar ends.
